Assistant Director of Admissions
General Duties:
- Staff, Supervise, Train and Manage a creative goal-oriented student admissions team
- Coordinate marketing activities
- Set Goals for Admissions Department and Representatives
- Manage lead flow and distribution
- Oversee Student Projection, Show and Cancellation Rates
- Student progress tracking
- Work with Admissions Representatives on student candidate issues
- Enrollment process: inquiry, phone screen, interview & enrollment
- Articulate the Mission and Values of SLCHC to the Community and medical marketplace
- Strategic planning and implementation

Requirements: |
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Post secondary educational sales experience a plus
- 3-5 sales experience in sales or education sales
- Excellent Communication & People Management skills
- Ability to Inspire and Motivate employees
- Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Flexible Schedule and ability to work in a fast paced, goal orientated environment
